WHAT WE DO
We design scare attractions, scream parks and scare entertainment experiences for clients throughout Europe.
A scare attraction is a multi-sensory live entertainment attraction, which places guests in a simulated four dimensional environment where they encounter a myriad of high impact effects and live scareactors. When combined, these visual, physical, audio and lighting effects create an immersive living story, intended to entertain and scare the audience. We design bespoke permanent and seasonal scare attractions, as well as overlays of pre-existing spaces.
A scream park encompasses multiple forms of scare entertainment including scare attractions, scare experiences, stage shows, midway entertainments, themed retail, food and beverage concessions.
A scare entertainment experience may be anything from an experiential marketing event, an overnight horror experience or stunt activity for a promotional campaign.
We design everything required for a scare entertainment project including sets, properties, special effects, characters, costumes, makeup, audio-visual effects and attraction layouts.
We also design and produce digital assets for the scare entertainment market including marketing materials, branding, logos, trailers and websites.
We produce scare attractions and productions, providing full installation and realisation services.
We manufacture and source properties, theming elements, technical equipment, costumes and make-up.
We produce stage shows, including site specific performances and children’s entertainment, which include live performers, illusions, digital puppetry, sets, costumes, audio visual effects and scripts.
We manage scare entertainment attractions and projects at ground level, providing experienced production and operations staff to ensure successful execution.
We offer consultancy services to clients with as much theoretical and practical involvement as is required within their brief. Our consultancy services are offered on a daily rate, or on a project basis.
We cast performers for scare entertainment projects, as well as managing rehearsals and test performances.
We train performers how to successfully transfer their existing skills to scareacting.
Our one day Scream School course includes the psychology of fear, movement, use of voice, health and safety, character development, oversized costumes, masks and make-up application techniques.
Our scareactor schooling is the UK’s first scare entertainment performer talent development and training programme, and we have trained many hundreds of performers for attractions all over Europe.
We hire scareactors for queue line entertainment, experiential marketing, meet and greet, private parties and PR activities.
We publish Scareworld Magazine, Europe’s first and only magazine dedicated to the scare entertainment industry.
With over 18,000 readers, Scareworld is published bi-annually and is available online free of charge, or as a hardcopy by order.
