Deep beneath Bygone Times, a terrible secret has been unearthed…

During recent archaeological excavations a mysterious cobbled alleyway was discovered, and beneath it the remains of more than a hundred human bodies.  The graves of former Mill workers burned to death by a wicked Victorian Lord have been disturbed, and their spirits are far from happy, for 13 nights the ghosts will live again!

Bygone Times, the popular Victorian shopping village and tourist attraction in Eccleston, Chorley, Lancashire, underwent a frightening metamorphosis as it was transformed into a haunted attraction for the Halloween 2007 season.

Bygone Times commissioned ‘AtmosFEAR!’ to create a terrifying show that brought the horrors of the building’s fictional turbulent past vividly to life.  The 38,000 square foot horror attraction was transformed into a live action experience that quite literally brought the dead back to life.  Blending a mix of live actors, special effects and chilling fictional history, AtmosFEAR! created an immersive experience that left the audience screaming for more!  Unlucky visitors bumped into ‘The Demon Butcher’, ‘The Iron Maiden’ and ‘The Black Widow Bride’ as they made their way through the 40 minute long show…
